Last of the tiny waist...

Cheers to bulking season. My official measurements are:

Chest 32

Waist 24.5

Hips 37

Thighs 22

Biceps 11


My goal is to get my hips to a 40 this year which means I'm probably going to swell to a 30 inch waistline. That's' the limit. 10 inch difference and then In the spring when I deload, we'll see if I can get back to 25 waist.


Bulking check in results I'm seeking:

Squat Max increase by 10%

Dead Lift Max increase by 15%

Bench Max increase by 3-5%


Snatch increase to 100lbs

Clean to 155lbs

Clean and Press to 115lbs
