Good Knees Please

This particular movement has kept my knees healthy for the last 4 years. Don't get me wrong I do a lot of movements: the sissy squat displays how even of access we have to muscles in our legs and the mobility in our hips and ankles.


LegitFitters know that over active calves, adductors, vastus lateralis, and biceps femoris (hamstrings) can put tension on the knee joint, therefore making squating, or even taking stairs incredibly uncomfortable.


The Sissy Squat can only be achieved with a strong core and an intentional floor spread. Check it out. You can use TRX ropes to practice this movement. You can also drop to a raised platform (BOSU) before doing the full range of motion I'm demonstrating here.
