Service Description

This class is designed to help those coping with loss to heal trauma in the body. Participant will learn breathing techniques, twist motions to alleviate tension in the body, and practices to maintain connections with loved ones and community

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to appointment. Any booking cancelled or no show day of will still be invoiced $15 penalty. Due to no refunds being distributed, client must work to keep scheduled appointment or work into Trainer schedule later in the week. This may require change of usual location. For classes, if member purchased a pack and cannot make a class, If class cannot be made up in the calendar year, a personal training session will be rewarded. ie. If customer buys 5 pack for 5 classes in November and December, but has 1 left with no more classes to take, a make up personal training session will be awarded
