Considering competing in a physique competition? Then it's time to join Bad Bitch Boot Camp. A complete 6 month plan to walk out onto any national physique competition stage. Find access to the following equipment: 1. Cardio machine (treadmill, bike, elliptical, rowing machine) 2. Bench and or chair 3. Set of stairs 4. Mat 5. Kettle Bells (5, 10, 15, 20) 6. Hip Circle (Circular Resistance Bands) 7. Barbell and barbell plates 8. Resistance bands and hook (or cable machine) 9. Stability Ball 10. Dumbbells 2 X 3,5,8,10,15,20 Be prepared for your diet to be filled with variety and options. I recommend the Super Hero Fitness program for someone looking for a full list of things to eat. Otherwise; keep it green, keep it lean, and have variety. Be sure to practice posing and utilizing mirrors during training. In the mirror we are looking for the positives not negatives. Competitors aren't perfect, therefore; posing is all about accentuating the best assets they possess. Always be searching for your best assets in the mirror. Get ready to show some skin. While it isn't necessary to lose all modesty, the first time exposing skin in skimpy outfits should not be on the competition stage. Honor the body by truly meditating on its appearance. Speaking of honoring, self-care rituals such as baths, lotions, oils, skincare, and all things frilly are important. Be sure to budget rewards into the process. Keep up with your hair, nails, and skin with a great multi-vitamin.
