This program is designed to help build strength throughout the largest muscles on the body, while relaxing over active accessory muscles. Participant should feel a great deal of strength return to the body and be able to progress in the program with more sets, reps, and resistance. Diet is now adjusted to support muscle recovery. Increasing protein will help with muscle recovery and support the hypertrophy looking to be gained in this phase of the program. Protein intake should be 1 gram protein for every lb of body weight.
