The gym is also a place for friendship and lifelong connections. Be encouraged to ask for help finding a machine as well as adjusting machines. If working directly with Lish, she'll tour the gym with you or have you send photos of your gym environment and point out what is what. Now is the time to feel empowered to train on your own.
