This program is meant to prepare one for the Candidate Physical Ability Test. All areas being trained are meant to help one complete the 8 events with easy in the alloted 10:20 timeframe. Be sure that recovery is a focus if postural distortions are an issue. This regimen is a split training program in the Strength Endurance phase of the athletic performance metric. Limited equipment is used, however it is important to use equipment that simulates what will be used during the CPAT.
